THE ASSESSMENT

- Determine the scope of the project and discuss options

- Acquire paint and preparations specifications

- Produce project quotation and painting schedule

SCHEDULING & PLANNING

- Notify all parties involved (Tenants, Contractors, Managers, etc.)

- Document schedule of work to be completed from wash, scaffold erection and dismantle, painting and sign off

JOB STARTS & FINISHES

- Introductions of all staff working on site

- Health and safety procedures implemented with staff and the public

- Constant monitoring of work being completed

- Ongoing communication with all parties involved

INSPECTION & SIGN OFF ON COMPLETION 

- All work to be inspected by management before handover

- Signed off on all work by client

- Warranty and all necessary documents handed to the client

MAINTENANCE

- Perfection is Possible has a maintenance plan that will ensure your property is kept in tip top shape

- We will supply an annual written report of the property outlining the work to be completed by us as well as any suggestions that may need your attention. We will then complete the annual wash and any agreed maintenance
